Product is so cute and very good quality! Small is slightly tight on my cocker, I did measure but that is mostly because he is a big boy!

Great quality doesn’t stretch out it keeps its integrity. We use it daily so our Spaniel doesn’t drag water ears through the house all day long! Love it
