WE GLADLY ACCEPT SIZE EXCHANGES* AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

NO RETURNS, SORRY. DUE TO THE 'MADE TO ORDER' NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your order please follow these guidelines:

Contact us via email within: 7 days of receiving item
Return* items back within: 14 days of delivery

*Customer is responsible for return shipping AND shipping of exchange. Returned item must not be worn, customised or embroidered.

Conditions of exchange
Customers are responsible for return postage costs and postage of new item. Exchange will incur current production time for that item.

Customs charges are responsibility of the customer (read our T&C's) and in addition to shipping charges - in the event of failure to accept customs - customers WILL NOT be eligible for any refund. 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns OR exchanges for:

• Custom size or embroidered orders
• Intimate items/Masks/Dog Toys/Hats (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

If the item is not returned in its original condition, UNWORN & UNDAMAGED, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
