Yes! All our products at BOIS The Label are handmade to order in our Melbourne studio, ensuring each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. This means that while our production time may take a bit longer, you receive a unique and high-quality product tailored just for your pet.
As a small business - we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please shop with intention!
We gladly accept exchanges for unworn items. Custom and personalised items are not exchangeable.

Absolutely! We offer customization options for many of our products, including custom designs, custom sizing for unique-shaped pets as well as name embroidery. If you have specific requests or need custom measurements, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!
We offer a range of sizes from 3XS to 4XL (Jack Russel to St Bernard) to accommodate various breeds and body types. To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring your pet's neck, chest, and back length. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out with your pet's measurements, and we can help you choose the right size!

If you are ordering from the EU please shop from our Etsy HERE. *Please check your country's import policies - customs and tax are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to accept customs will result in a non-refundable order.
To keep your BOIS apparel looking great, we recommend gentle machine washing in cold water and air drying. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents to maintain the quality of the fabric. Always check the care label for specific instructions!

Australia. We source high quality fabrics from Aussie-owned companies. Each and every garment is designed and cut in-house then sewn by talented sewing machinists across Melbourne.
Our products are made with varying contents, we have Poly/Cotton blend for our hoodies, 95% Cotton/5%Spandex for our bandanas, etc. Each of our items’ descriptions state the fabric contents.
